Refund policy

At Saavitri, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting and packaging every product, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products (incense, dhoop, candles, and wellness items), we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@saavitri.in with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift hampers that have been partially used
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
